About The Position
Assists and partners with senior management and line managers in the development of strategic business plans and implementation support for John Muir Health enterprise wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Required
- 5-7 years Healthcare Setting - Required
- Budget development with proven financial management of operational and capital budgets.
- Documented ability to manage and develop teams.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree - Preferred
- Project Management Professional (e.g. PMP) Certification - Preferred
