About The Position

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. This role oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance. The Program Director collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards. They develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies. Additionally, the role involves supervising and developing staff, providing ongoing training and support, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Program Director also represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management
• Minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration.
• Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
