The NewYork-Presbyterian Iona School of Nursing & Health Sciences at Iona University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track position as Program Director and Senior Clinical Lecturer in Mental Health Counseling, beginning August 2026. The Program Director and Senior Clinical Lecturer holds a dual mandate: teaching graduate-level coursework and providing strategic leadership for the MA in Mental Health Counseling program. Teaching responsibilities may span experimental and quantitative research methods, substance-related and addictive processes, trauma-informed care, and community-focused health. Administrative responsibilities include curriculum development and program evaluation, course scheduling, faculty oversight, and student recruitment and retention.
