The Program Director will optimize investments and resource allocation through governance, prioritization frameworks, performance reporting, and ROI-driven decision-making. This includes overseeing the strategy, development, and project management for an internal creative production studio and optimizing patient education video strategy by establishing searchability best practices and scaling content across YouTube and digital channels.
