About The Position

We’re currently hiring a Program Director for our Rohnert Park Day Program, a unique community-based service site that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an operational leadership role, not an administrative one. It is not behind a desk. It’s a visible, lead-from-the-front, hands-on leadership role that requires someone with presence, resilience, and deep experience supporting individuals with behaviors. Your staff will look to you in challenging moments, and your example will help build a culture of accountability, growth, and meaningful support. We’re looking for someone who has worked in high-intensity environments like Behavioral Day Programs, Level 4 homes, Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes (EBHS), or crisis settings. Day program experience is a plus - but what matters most is your ability to coach a team with confidence and compassion, while staying grounded and calm under pressure.
