Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) is seeking a Program Director to lead its new ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. The Program Director will provide physician leadership for the program's educational strategy and research activities. This includes overseeing grant development, residency budget and policy development, recruitment, and resident training. Resident training encompasses curriculum development and evaluation, resident evaluation and remediation, and resident scholarly activity. The Program Director will also provide direct clinical care as a board-certified family physician within a team-based primary care setting. The mission of the residency program is to educate and train generations of family physician leaders specializing in underserved care, in the context of distinctively Christian service. Trainees will be equipped to address health system disparities by providing integrated, radically compassionate, cross-cultural, high-quality care in Jesus's name. CCHS is a faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has provided high-quality healthcare to the underserved since 1995, offering primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and specialty services regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
