We are seeking a visionary, systems‑oriented leader to serve as Program Director, Culture & Inclusion , leading transformation that strengthens belonging, accessibility, trust and accountability—inside the organization and across the community. This role is central to how Peel delivers on its mandate, supports its people, and creates equitable outcomes for residents. Reporting to the CFO and Commissioner of Corporate Services , the Program Director, Culture & Inclusion is accountable for the strategic leadership, implementation and evaluation of Peel’s organizational culture, DEI and accessibility priorities. The role plays a critical leadership function in advancing Peel’s Five‑Year DEI Strategy (2025–2029) , which focuses on: Embedding equity and inclusion into decision‑making, policies, programs and services Strengthening inclusive leadership, accountability and organizational culture Removing systemic barriers and advancing accessibility Building trust and meaningful engagement with communities and employees
