About The Position

We are looking for a collaborative, analytical, and impact‑driven Inclusion Program Lead to join us in our Talent and Inclusion team, based in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a hybrid position. About the role You will be working in a role focused on designing, delivering, and continuously improving global inclusion programs and initiatives. You will partner closely with leaders, employees, and regional teams to support inclusion goals, ensure compliance with regional requirements, and measure the impact of our efforts. This role plays a critical part in strengthening an inclusive workplace where people can thrive. Who you’ll work with You will be working in a global team alongside the Head of Inclusion, regional Inclusion Leads in the U.S. and Europe, Talent Partners, Inclusion Councils, and Employee Resource Group leaders. Collaboration across regions and functions is central to this role, with regular engagement across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, law, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience managing inclusion, people, or organizational programs
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage complex initiatives
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting employee networks or engagement initiatives
  • Familiarity with measuring program impact and reporting outcomes
  • Experience developing learning materials or delivering workshops
  • Comfort navigating sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver global inclusion programs aligned to business and inclusion strategies
  • Manage and execute multiple programs and projects with clear timelines and milestones
  • Partner with business leaders to build understanding and ownership of inclusion goals
  • Monitor progress through metrics, surveys, and impact assessments
  • Develop training, communications, and inclusion-related materials for employees
  • Ensure inclusion programs, communications, and materials meet regional compliance needs
  • In addition to core responsibilities, this role may support related tasks as needed to help the team meet business objectives.
