The Program Director, Careers in Consulting, serves as the subject matter expert for consulting careers within the Business Career Services (BCS) office at the Warrington College of Business. Reporting to the Director, Graduate Business Career Services, this position is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing a comprehensive consulting career coaching strategy that prepares students for highly competitive consulting internship and full-time recruiting. The Program Director provides individualized career coaching, develops consulting-specific programming, partners with employer relations staff to strengthen relationships with consulting firms, collaborates with faculty and student organizations, and serves as the key resource on consulting industry trends, recruiting timelines, case interview preparation, and professional development. The Program Director will also serve as our key point of contact and liaison with the College’s “Consulting Academy Director,” working in collaboration on career development programming and services. He/She will also collaborate closely with the MBA Programs Office to support the marketing, recruitment, and retention of highly qualified prospective students who aspire to careers in management consulting and other consulting-related fields. This role plays a critical role in expanding consulting employment outcomes while strengthening the Warrington College of Business brand among consulting employers nationally.
