This position is funded by a grant and is subject to continued grant funding. Reporting to the Vice President of Workforce Development & Health Sciences, the successful candidate will manage the Adult, Youth and Dislocated Workers Program/WIOA Title I-B throughout Yavapai County. Responsibilities include writing and managing funding/grants; overseeing daily operations and supervising the Case Managers and Title I-B staff; marketing the program and direct outreach to the employers and communities who benefit from these services; developing and managing multiple department budgets; and attending administration and training sessions offered by the state. Flexibility, problem-solving and leadership skills required.
