Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Program Development Manager to join the Oncology team. This role is Full-time working Monday to Friday with a hybrid work schedule. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Program Development

- Strong understanding of Oncology Operations
- Healthcare Administration background
Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for implementing new programs and initiatives.
- Conducts regular metric tracking and communication on project status.
- Ensures consistency of processes within areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
- Demonstrates leadership and expertise in the management of quality improvement processes.
- Provides the aggregation and flow of data/information across functional areas in the service line.
- Evaluates new programs and initiatives post-implementation to facilitate achievement of results/impact.
- Serves as a key team member supporting the implementation of service line programmatic improvement.
- Designs and implements systems/programs for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and dissemination of clinical and financial data.
