This position serves as a vital support role partnering with the Assistant Program Manager to coordinate and facilitate Amazon corporate events across key office buildings in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will manage comprehensive event responsibilities including processing customer requests, coordinating planning meetings with stakeholders and vendor partners, managing space preparation, and providing on-site event coverage. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by serving as an essential communication hub between Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial, and Engineering teams while ensuring successful event operations that enhance client satisfaction and support Amazon's corporate objectives.
