About The Position

Resource Innovations is seeking a full-time Program Delivery Consultant to support programs within our Northwest transportation electrification portfolio. This role will directly contribute to advancing utility- and government-funded transportation electrification efforts operating across Oregon and Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build their career in the clean energy space and gain hands-on experience in clean energy program administration. In this role, you will support an existing project delivery team to meet program goals and objectives, including reviewing transportation electrification grant applications, coordinating program activities with partners and clients, and executing on key deliverables. You will add to your skillset by learning firsthand how clean energy programs are administered – from e-bike rebates to transportation electrification grants, and other clean energy projects, this role will grow with your dedication and best-in-class delivery of the programs you’re working to support. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully managing or coordinating programs and/or projects, enjoys working with diverse teams, has excellent time management skills, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing. You have a passion for learning, equitable clean energy access, and a basic understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience. Requirements

  • Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptance
  • 2+ years working in a related field such as energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Interest in transportation electrification, clean energy, or environmental equity
  • Passion for equitable clean energy access and an understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience
  • Comfort working with teams in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Delivery Managers in all facets of the program to ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Create and maintain regular reports and documentation for multiple programs across the portfolio
  • Coordinate with internal/external program stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables are completed on time
  • Support team as needed in monitoring budgets, analyzing trends, assisting with invoicing, and reporting program financials
  • Review and evaluate grant applications against program eligibility and scoring criteria
  • Perform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
