About The Position

This is a mission-critical, behind-the-scenes role that powers how Spark delivers, measures, and improves its programs. As a Program Data Assistant, you will ensure that Spark’s data systems, reporting, and communications run accurately and efficiently across our programs. You will work closely with the Programs Data Manager and partner closely with the Programs team and leadership, while indirectly supporting students and mentors and contributing to reporting shared with external partners. Your work is not just about maintaining data—it directly influences student outcomes. You’re powering decisions, not just tracking information, and you sit at the intersection of programs and systems to ensure that the right data is available at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness, ensuring that teams can rely on data to guide program delivery and decision-making. This role blends data management, systems operations, and program support. You will be deeply embedded in Salesforce and other program platforms, helping ensure that data is clean, usable, and actionable across Spark. This is a hybrid role (in-office and remote), with expectations to collaborate closely with team members across functions.
