About The Position
The Program Counselor supports the implementation and ongoing development of the federally funded TRIO Upward Bound Math Science (UBMS) program, which is designed to strengthen students’ math and science academic skills and prepare participants for post‑secondary enrollment, particularly in STEM‑related fields. The position is responsible for assisting high school students in strengthening academic achievement and navigating the transition to college. This role provides operational, administrative, and student‑focused support to ensure program compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with federal objectives.
