Program Cost Controls Manager
About The Position
The Advanced Effectors & Space organization within the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Manager, Program Cost Controls (P4) to serve as the financial lead for the SLCM-N development program within the AET & IKCA Finance team. This position will support program cost controls, financial reporting, forecasting, program analysis, contract deliverables, funding activities, and management reporting. The position will use SAP APEX, PRISM, and other program controls and Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to support financial and program reporting activities. The position will supervise a team of two analysts and will include responsibilities for work review, training, and employee development.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting financial or program briefings to management and peers.
- Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data sets.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Day 1 with the ability to obtain program access after start.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise two individual contributors, including reviewing work, providing training, and supporting employee development.
- Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables.
- Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) activities for the program.
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts for the program using RPlan.
- Provide financial analysis and information to program leadership.
- Monitor cost collection and identify variances from established financial plans.
- Support program financial reporting and analysis.
- Support program funding activities and related financial transactions.
- Prepare and present financial and program information to management and other stakeholders.
