About The Position

The Air Dominance Finance organization is seeking a Senior Business Manager (M5) to support financial management for the Precision Strike portfolio of programs, including the Paveway, Griffin, HARM, and Maverick munitions programs throughout their production lifecycle. The Senior Business Manager will lead a team of financial analysts and support program and functional stakeholders with Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and program performance activities. This position is hybrid in Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading teams of finance professionals, including assigning work and reviewing deliverables.
  • Experience managing financial activities across multiple programs or production environments.
  • Experience with Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes.
  • Experience managing financial priorities and established deadlines.
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial management activities for assigned programs, including forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including assigning work and reviewing deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Program Management and cross-functional teams on EAC, Risk and Opportunity (R&O) tracking, and investment planning.
  • Prepare financial analyses and present financial results to leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, and U.S. government representatives on program financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee cost control, financial planning, and financial reporting processes across assigned programs.
  • Coordinate investment planning and tracking with multiple stakeholders.
  • Support financial planning, analysis, and governance activities across assigned programs.
  • Execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes.
  • Support program financial reviews and reporting activities.
  • Monitor program financial performance and provide variance analysis to program leadership.
