Requirements
- Relevant project or construction qualification, with professional accreditation or working towards recognised membership.
- Strong health, safety, and regulatory knowledge aligned to sector and local standards.
- Proven project management experience across consultancy, construction, or infrastructure environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, demonstrating Mace values.
Responsibilities
- Champion Safety First, embedding visible safety leadership, wellbeing, and compliant HSW practices.
- Deliver projects with a client‑focused approach, ensuring quality, programme, and milestone achievement.
- Manage budgets, risks, and governance with integrity, supporting sustainable business outcomes.
- Lead, collaborate, and develop teams, partners, and stakeholders to achieve project KPIs and excellence.
