About The Position

IMG is seeking a results-oriented Program Coordinator to assist in the successful planning and execution of all corporate related support for multiple Department of Defense and Department of Energy contracts. This position reports directly the Vice President of Program and plays a critical role in coordinating schedules, resources, and stakeholder engagement opportunities to ensure program oversight and compliance. Key skills include communication, document formatting, organization, and a keen eye for details. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3+ years of experience in operational support and employee life-cycle related processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and solutions-oriented approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in managing professional email correspondence

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years in program and business operations
  • Government contracting or proposal experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks and team communications
  • Assist in the oversight of client support services
  • Provide support to the implementation and revision of operational policies and guidelines
  • Support the management of contract personnel at both the subcontractor and prime contractor levels, to include customer relationships
  • Identify process improvements to gain operational efficiencies
  • Edit and format documents
  • Assist with the evaluation of data analysis, vacancy and retention trends
  • Participate or lead interviews
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders
  • Assist Proposal Manager with writing and editing technical content
  • Help design or create graphic efforts as requested
  • Format resumes for compliance
  • Conduct research on potential clients or business opportunities
  • Support technical writing for proposals and deliverables
  • Assist with document creation and editing which may include corporate offer letters, operational memorandums and official correspondence
  • Update internal SharePoint pages as necessary with document revisions, operational process changes, equipment inventory, and organizational changes
  • Provide input and recommendations to improve marketing and branding efforts
  • Support the creation or editing of promotional or informational materials
  • Assist with webpage content creation, modifications or updates
