Requirements

Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and resources
Monitor project progress and track project milestones and deliverables
Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Communicate project status updates to project team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Perform quality assurance reviews of project deliverables
Support project managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Collaborate with project team members to identify and implement process improvements
Use project management software, including Monday.com, to track and manage project activities and progress
Manage fragrance development life-cycle: Timelines, Deliverables, Risk & Dependencies
Implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for fragrance program management
Manage Risk and dependencies to the program timelines and milestones
Collaborate with Pura Fragrance Evaluators to produce key deliverables
Proactive Identification: Conduct regular "Pre-Mortem" sessions for major initiatives to identify failure points before they occur.
Escalation Pathing: Define clear triggers for when a project risk needs to be escalated to the PMO Director or the Executive Suite
