BASIC FUNCTION: Coordinates the daily operations, programming, scheduling, and administration of the School of Business Digital Learning & Innovation Space. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of a two-level collaborative learning environment by managing facility access, reservations, programming, technology-enabled events, and user engagement. The position oversees the daily operation of the innovation space, conference room, and associated learning environments while providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners. The Program Coordinator develops programming that promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and experiential learning while ensuring the facility is maintained, secured, and operated in accordance with university policies and established procedures. SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITY: Has responsibility for directing student employees, interns, graduate assistants, temporary employees, and volunteers supporting operations within the Digital Learning & Innovation Space. NATURE AND SCOPE: Internal contacts include university leadership, faculty, staff, students, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Public Safety, Communications, and other campus departments. External contacts include corporate partners, guest speakers, alumni, vendors, community organizations, contractors, and visitors utilizing the innovation space.
