About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Water Resources Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Tampa, FL. Your Role Work with the Project Managers on project financials and PM Documents. Work with the Project Managers on PEPMs. Working on Proposals. Working with Power BI to help provide dashboards for projects. Provides project controls support for project(s) and/or program(s), with some supervision, including primary responsibility for one or more of the following scope areas: budgeting, fee estimation, forecasting, KPI reporting, systems management, contract compliance, scheduling, document controls, change order management, risk management, facilitating regular project reviews, financial analysis, and billing/invoicing/accounts payable coordination. Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the inputs to the project forecast, project reviews, financial reports, change log, risk log, schedule, fee estimates, and any regular key performance indicators. Oversees accounting functions for project or program, coordinating and collaborating with the client, subconsultants, and program administrators and leadership. Reads and interprets contracts and RFPs and capably develops appropriate approaches to plan and manage project financial and operational performance. Monitors compliance with contract terms and subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments. Prepares project financial reports, cash flow analyses, and budgets. Tracks work orders to ensure appropriate charging of hours, costs, and expenses to projects, and communicates project progress/status to Supervisor and program administrators. Manages client billings and payments from clients, resolves client disputes, and adjusts project billing records as required. Develops and maintains project schedule in cooperation with the project manager. Develops and maintains the project risk log. Facilitates regular reviews of the project’s risks and resulting impact to contingency. Provides assistance and support to Supervisor and program administrators as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a BA in Finance
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
