The Program Coordinator works under the general supervision of and reports directly to the Program Manager of the Workforce Development Department. The Workforce Development Department provides multiple training programs for unemployed/underemployed youth and adults, serving as career pipelines into Brown University Health's workforce. In this role, the Program Coordinator is crucial in the design and execution of Workforce Development programs, aiding the Program Manager with development, case management, networking, budget maintenance, and work readiness training.
