At SNAHC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26.00/HR-$28.00/HR. Role may need to float to other SNAHC locations. The Community Health Program Coordinator (PROGCO) reports to the CH Administrative Services Manager. This is an integral position to the operations of grant programs focused on planning, developing, improving, and delivering mental health prevention activities and treatment services to Native American youth and their families. Working collaboratively with the CH Administrative Services Manager, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading, coordinating and ensuring execution of required activities for suicide prevention programming. This position will receive training and support from the evaluation team to fulfill these responsibilities.
