Working under the supervision of the Program Manager for The Global Brain Care Coalition, the Community Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and delivery of our programs, especially the global Learning Exchange and community-related initiatives. The Coordinator will play a central role in managing communications, supporting program development, organizing events, and producing high‑quality materials that will be disseminated to diverse communities and partners. Responsibilities also will include meeting management, tracking data and a wide range of administrative activities. Must thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy building systems that help people learn and connect, and be passionate about improving brain health and community well‑being around the world. Responsible for coordinating program activities and providing administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitates communication across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. Contributes to reporting and data analysis to assess program impact and support strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Administrative or program support experience.
  • 0-1 year required
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic financial/accounting skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to program management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events related to hospital programs, such as workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
  • Enter and manage program-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with program participants and stakeholders, providing information, collecting feedback, and addressing inquiries.
  • Provides assistance with the program's financial operations.
