About The Position

This is a part-time, seasonal position responsible for coordinating and facilitating an 8-week leadership summer program for New Brunswick youth aged 14-18. The role supports the Middlesex County program and program director, requiring strong knowledge of daily operations, contract compliance, service delivery, and participant intake/referral processes. The position involves less general office work and more direct assistance in program operation and administration. The Program Coordinator will also perform Advocate duties and must be a dependable, committed, and positive role model for youth. The position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement, with light travel throughout the community.

Requirements

Bachelors or Master’s Degree generally preferred; commensurate experience in a community-based agency program is acceptable.
At least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
