The Interdisciplinary Behavioral Research Center (IBRC) at Duke University is seeking a Lab Manager/Research Program Coordinator to manage daily operations, research support services, participant recruitment, communications, and administrative functions. This role reports to the IBRC Director and serves as the primary staff contact for a university-wide shared research resource supporting faculty, postdoctoral scholars, graduate students, and undergraduate researchers across various social and behavioral science disciplines. The coordinator will be responsible for enhancing research support services, managing the community participant pool, facilitating researcher access to resources, developing outreach and recruitment initiatives, and supporting the implementation of new Center initiatives. Collaboration with the Director is key to identifying opportunities for service expansion, increasing resource utilization, and strengthening cross-departmental partnerships. This position is crucial for advancing the visibility, accessibility, and impact of the IBRC within Duke University.
