Candler School of Theology at Emory University seeks a qualified and mission-aligned part-time Program Coordinator to support the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Atlanta Rabbinic Leadership Lab. This is a three-year strategic partnership between the Atlanta Rabbinical Association (ARA) and Candler School of Theology, aimed at strengthening rabbinic leadership in greater Atlanta through professional development, enrollment in Candler’s MARL program, and community engagement. The Program Coordinator will act as a central liaison between Emory’s academic and operational units, and potentially with the ARA and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and strategically aligned execution of all initiative aspects. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for purpose-driven leadership development. The position reports to the co-directors of the Atlanta Rabbinic Leadership Lab and will collaborate closely with Candler School of Theology faculty and staff, the Emory Center for Ethics, and other community-facing university units.
