About The Position

The Program Coordinator is responsible for a portfolio of summer and special programs, managing all aspects of program management from design and development through implementation under the direction of the Director of Program Management. The role ensures the on-time delivery of high-quality academic programs and troubleshoots all problems when programs are in session, minimizing the impact on students and faculty.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and up to 1 year experience working in academic program management required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google drive and MS Suite
