About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Full-Time Program Coordinator to lead and manage impactful programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Requirements

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within social work, human services, or related fields supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of program development and program management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse populations, including clients, families, and community partners.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including budgeting, record-keeping, and compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health practices relevant to developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a supportive and positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community standards.
  • Coordinate daily program activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise staff and volunteers by providing leadership, training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and professional team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, community agencies, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and strengthen support networks.
  • Manage program budgets by monitoring expenses and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize service delivery.
  • Oversee documentation processes, including client records, progress reports, incident reports, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support behavioral health initiatives by integrating best practices into program planning and daily activities to promote positive outcomes for participants.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and external regulations, including standards related to participant safety, confidentiality, and service quality.
