About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking individual to fill the essential position of a Program Coordinator for our team. We are currently hiring for our Chester (Upland), Delaware County, Pennsylvania location. Requirements

  • Masters of Social Work or a Masters degree in a directly related degree.
  • Prior experience in Foster Care and child services.
  • Prior Permanency, specifically SWAN services, experience required.
  • At least 2 consecutive years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.
  • Valid driver’s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to take financial responsibility to obtain clearances needed before orientation.
  • Willing to make a minimum of a 2 year commitment to growing with our team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate adoption work and permanent legal custody with foster parents and their foster children.
  • Supervise a staff of about 10 Caseworkers.
  • Manage the office.
  • Oversee resource parent re-evaluations.
  • Oversee and manage child files.
