About The Position

Plan, develop, implement and monitor assigned programs; provide training, learning resources and technical assistance needed. Coordinate and direct operations for our Senior & Adult Services Program to assure efficient and sound programmatic and fiscal operations. Make recommendations and assist in the formulation of objectives, practices and plans.

Requirements

Combination of experience and education normally represented by a bachelor’s degree and from 2 to 3 years of related professional experience, including
Must have the ability to relate to a wide variety of people, both professional and volunteers; as well represent the site to outside organizations and
Must have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication
Must be able to form good working and therapeutic
Ability to work with diverse client population, community organizations as well as staff at all
Must be well organized, detail oriented, and can maintain
Good working knowledge of computers with familiarity of Microsoft Office
