Globus is seeking a Program Coordinator that will be responsible for planning, development, and execution of both internal and external bioskills lab facility training programs for assigned business segments taking place in both the U.S and internationally. This person is responsible to manage the logistics and coordination to provide customer service for a wide range of customers. They will coordinate logistics including registrations and attendee tracking, assist with program set-up, catering, hotel, and travel requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal relationship development skills; Ability to develop trusting effective business relationships with vendors, internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solver; strategic thinker with strong analytical skills – able to coordinate diverse ideas and to formulate strategic plans
  • Enthusiastic, positive, even tempered and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, flexibility and maturity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with ability to learn new systems
  • Able and willing to participate in clinical /surgical settings, including cadaveric training labs

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all logistics for customers consultants, executives, and employees (Domestic and International) including such items as flights, hotels, ground transportation, and food & beverage
  • Provides onsite support for all participants including coordinating with all lab team members, vendors, etc.
  • Consult and collaborate with sales teams to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is processed in accordance with all company policies
  • Responsible for management, and reconciliation of invoices and adhering to set budgets
  • Perform venue searches for meeting space and/or sleeping rooms, submitted and evaluate RFP’s, negotiate contracts for MERC events.
  • Knowledge & ability to train, manage, and counsel other coordinators on processes and protocols
  • Budgeting for meetings. This includes prepared budget cost specifications to include hotel, printing, special events as well as any additional components for all anticipated functions.
  • Keep all members of the team up to date with relevant project information
  • Coordination of team meetings, supervision of other PCs
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus.
