The Facilities team at Zscaler is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Program Coordinator Intern to join us in San Jose, CA as part of our hybrid internship program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Workplace Programs, you will play a vital role in managing daily workplace operations and driving key initiatives to support a seamless and productive environment for all employees. You’ll help foster knowledge-sharing practices and enable the team to focus on strategic goals, leveraging data, technology, and creative collaboration to enhance workplace programs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, or Architecture.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with interpreting data to tell a story and guide project direction.
  • Prior involvement in projects related to change management or workforce optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations using data to tell impactful stories and guide key projects.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Drive knowledge management by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing (People) and maintaining technology solutions (e.g., intranets or knowledge bases) to capture, store, and organize information such as best practices, lessons learned, and workplace documentation.
