The Role We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Workplace Design and Graphics Intern to join the Facilities team as part of our hybrid internship program in San Jose, CA. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Workplace Programs.The Workplace Design and Graphics Intern provides essential hands-on support for the Zscaler Santa Clara HQ Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) project. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in coordinating the design and installation of graphics, art, and signage across our new multi-building campus (Headquarters).Your contribution is critical to translating Zscaler's culture, brand, and values into a tangible, "human and aspirational" workplace experience. A key focus will be supporting the development of a wayfinding strategy that enables employees to easily navigate between floors, buildings, and conference rooms. What You'll Do (Role Expectations) Create and deliver compelling presentations using data to tell impactful stories and guide key projects. Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration. Drive knowledge management by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing (People) and maintaining technology solutions (e.g., intranets or knowledge bases) to capture, store, and organize information such as best practices, lessons learned, and workplace documentation.
