About The Position

Coordinates somewhat complex program logistics, timelines, and deliverables in support of workforce development and educational initiatives. Implements workforce development processes that support recruitment, training, placement, and career advancement pathways within healthcare settings. Analyzes somewhat complex data to evaluate program effectiveness, track participant outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. Develops somewhat complex program materials, schedules, and reports to ensure project milestones are met and documented. Communicates with internal departments, educational partners, and community stakeholders to align program activities with organizational priorities. Identifies opportunities to enhance participant engagement, streamline workflows, and increase access to workforce training resources. Recommends new tools, partnerships, or instructional strategies based on emerging healthcare workforce needs. Documents program operations, standard procedures, and compliance measures to maintain continuity and transparency. Completes routine administrative duties such as scheduling, outreach, and compiling reports to support team coordination and leadership updates. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ Years
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills |Low| Required
  • Working knowledge of digital literacy skills |Low| Required
