Develops, supports, facilitates and works with internal and external partners to create skill-based training opportunities, apprenticeships, internships, job shadowing and work-based learning for current and future team members. Analyzes data in order to create, develop and execute workforce development programs for the organization. Supports manager with strategic planning and workforce development projects by creating comprehensive project plans to include design, build, change management, communication and activation of the plans. Works with others to identify project costs and benefits of program partnerships. Represents the organization’s work force development programs and partnerships at various civic, community and partnership events, fairs and activities. Manages and oversees workforce development educational programs and facilitates career guidance, interest and discovery options, resume reviews and education goals to assist team members to achieve their career goals.
