Program Coordinators serve as the primary organizer, coordinating logistics and training for their program and collecting data, conducting data review and audits to include compiling reports as required. This position supports MDC's Weatherization program. This position is temporary. Coordinate and organize program events with Program Manager to meet program objectives, as required. Coordinate and organize travel and training logistics for staff and participants for program events, as required. Maintains and implements a secure standardized filing, reporting, retrieval and protection system for records, reports, and other information, as required. Coordinate onboarding and equipment for new employees and conducts training on database, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office 365, and program software, as required. Maintains database and conducts data audits to examine information for completeness and accuracy, as required. Compiles and prepares monthly metric reports for program and board, to include school site partnerships as required. Compiles APR - Annual Performance Reports for review and submission Develops automatic tracking system(s) to produce reports within reporting time frames, and frequencies as required for programmatic and evaluation purposes. Reviews requests for reports and determines basic characteristics, format, frequency, distribution, and purpose or function of report. Consults with program staff on data reported for clarification, to resolve discrepancies, or for updates. Compiles and prepares statistical reports on follow-up activities. Coordinate and develop program event surveys with Program Manager, collect responses and maintain surveys in Teams for evaluation and reporting purposes. Assist Program Manager with developing program meeting agendas. Maintains attendance and minutes for all program meetings. May assist with facilitating program meetings and events. Ensures maintenance and operation of office equipment include placing work orders for service and repairs when needed. Processes supplies and equipment requests from staff, research pricing, reviews and determine best options. Upon approval from Manager, order and pay, as directed. May assist with assessment and determination of eligibility of program participants, as required. Other duties as assigned.
