This role is for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and energized by being the person others can count on. You’ll work closely with the Program Director, faculty, students, university departments, clinical partners, and external agencies to coordinate the many details that keep the PA program running smoothly. From maintaining critical student and program records to coordinating events, supporting accreditation and compliance activities, managing schedules, and assisting with budgets and purchasing, your work will have a direct impact on the success of the program. You’ll also serve as an important resource and point of connection for students and faculty. Every day may bring something different, so this role is well suited for someone who can anticipate needs, navigate changing priorities, solve problems thoughtfully, and bring both precision and flexibility to their work. Your attention to detail will be especially important as you manage information and processes where accuracy matters. At Bethel, your work is about more than keeping a program organized. You’ll be part of a Christ-centered community committed to preparing students to use their gifts and knowledge to serve others and make a meaningful impact. If you enjoy creating order, building strong relationships, solving problems, and knowing that the work you do behind the scenes makes a difference for students, we invite you to consider joining our team.
