Summary The MFIP Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of MFIP Employment Case Managers, as they work with diverse participants who are striving for self-sufficiency through employment. MFIP (Minnesota Family Investment Program) partners closely with Hennepin County to support recipients of public assistance to address challenges related to obtaining and maintaining employment. The MFIP Coordinator assists the Program Manager to cultivate a healthy and supportive work environment and ensures staff have the resources they need to be successful. They bring creative approaches to program design while working within contractual requirements and embody JFCS’s values in their work. They are responsible for performance, data tracking, and outcomes reporting related to the government contract. The MFIP Coordinator will also provide direct services to program participants by carrying a caseload and providing coverage for staff during extended absences.
