About The Position

Our Investment Professional Development (IPD) team is dedicated to the growth and development of our investment analysts. The team focuses on developing investment professional skills with the goal of driving superior alpha generation and enhancing team investment processes by analyzing, consolidating, and sharing best practices, training the investment team population, and preparing analyses and data with partners across the firm.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organization, dependability, and work ethic, with exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proactive ownership of responsibilities, with the ability to anticipate needs and develop effective systems to keep work organized and on track.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly as priorities or schedules change.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach with sound judgment and willingness to ask questions, escalate concerns, and address time-sensitive needs.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, with a willingness to learn, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day planning and delivery of the firm’s training program, including session logistics, communications, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate program calendars, trackers, files, and materials, while monitoring deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate training-related activities for incoming associates, including schedules, program materials, and logistics, in partnership with Recruiting and other internal teams.
  • Partner with investment professionals, Point72 Academy coaches, professors, and internal teams to address program needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks, automate administrative processes where appropriate, and improve operational efficiency.
