About The Position

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Program Coordinator III for our System Quality department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Program Coordinator III, you will serve as lead developer of System Quality Services meeting documents for stakeholders including Boards, Committees, and Subject matter expert workgroups. You will also serve as project manager and logistics expert for System Quality activities such as Quarterly Quality and Safety Conferences, Quality data collection and analysis, Award/recognition programs, Subject matter expert summits/workgroups, and Team building events. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for other departments within AHC as requested by the VP Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Safety and/or the System CMO. You will be the lead editor for key System Quality and entity communications, including Memorandums, Monthly Quality and Patient Safety Updates, Learning modules, Accreditation readiness guides/presentations, and Award applications. You will act as a trusted advisor and liaison for key relationships with Leadership, meeting/committee presenters, and external partners. Collaboration with the Learning and Organizational Development Department (LOD) on various projects and offering administrative support as requested is also part of the role. You will manage Quality and Patient Safety and Care Excellence file maintenance on the Intranet and collaborate with team members regarding meeting management and support. You will ensure that critical success factors are achieved through actions and attitudes that contribute to a growing organization vital to the community and valued as a faith-based organization. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience with the use of MS Word, Excel; PowerPoint, and Vision
Advanced knowledge in program/event/course management
Ability to work independently
Ability to synthesize information and write effectively
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
Ability to process and organize large amounts of data
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders
Bachelor's in Science degree required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the field or in a related area
Green Belt Certification (or obtain within six months of hire)
Experience in Emergency Management in Healthcare preferred

Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
