The Program Coordinator II is responsible for developing new tracking tools, databases, and processes to promote continuous improvement and facilitate implementation. This role interfaces with earned value management systems (EVMS) personnel, evaluates contractual requirements, and provides input to leadership. The coordinator plans and organizes data collection for resource utilization (manpower, tools, equipment, facilities, space), analyzes cost, schedule, and technical performance trends, and ensures effective information flow between Austal management, subcontractors, and customer representatives. They also assist with program risk and opportunity management, change management, and tracking contract modifications. Additionally, the role maintains internal schedules for contract data requirements list (CDRL) deliverables, establishes user accounts in program management systems, obtains necessary documentation for IT and Facilities Security, monitors program status, provides cost and schedule performance information, coordinates CDRL activities, maintains status reports/metrics, attends meetings, develops presentations, and may capture meeting minutes. The coordinator also performs coordination, set-up, and conducts customer and VIP reviews, tours, and meetings, and acts as a Compliance Champion for the organization.
