About The Position

The Program Coordinator I will support participant recruitment and public engagement for the CLARiTI Study by managing digital advertising campaigns, producing high-quality creative content, and developing accessible, culturally resonant participant-facing outreach materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Public Health, Communications, Marketing, Psychology preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job.
  • None required, but 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, analytics dashboards, and social media performance optimization
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing
  • Experience adhering to ADA accessibility standards for digital materials, including social media posts, ad copy, promotional materials, and videos

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a research, healthcare, or academic environment preferred
  • Familiarity with community-engaged research and health equity frameworks, particularly for heterogeneous and historically underrepresented populations
  • Experience using REDCap, Qualtrics, or SPSS in a research context is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the PI (Dr. Rivera Mindt), the CLARiTI Access Core team, and project and lab leadership to develop, deploy, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that support participant recruitment and public engagement for the CLARiTI Study
  • Plans, launches, monitors, optimizes, and reports on full-cycle Meta advertising campaigns, including both top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness ads and middle-of-funnel (MOFU) lead generation campaigns across multiple study locations
  • Designs, configures, and maintains data capture systems and custom reporting pipelines using Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and shared reporting dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment across the team
  • Conducts regular near-daily performance reviews of active campaigns; interprets data to identify trends and opportunities, and provides actionable recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Develops and manages multi-channel social media content that translates complex scientific and medical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible health communications for diverse audiences, including communities with varying levels of health literacy
  • Designs promotional and outreach materials (flyers, brochures, digital handouts) based on provided content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; sources and licenses stock imagery; maintains organized files and version control for all creative assets in alignment with CLARiTI branding guidelines
  • Edits and produces polished short-form testimonial and educational videos for social media and outreach, incorporating captions, graphics, branding, and platform-specific formatting
  • Ensures ADA compliance across all digital ads, social media posts, videos, and outreach materials, applying best practices for color contrast, alt text, captioning, readability, and accessible formatting
  • Manages newsletter outreach via MailerLite or equivalent platform; monitors subscriber growth and engagement metrics; integrates findings into broader campaign strategy
  • Produces comprehensive quarterly reports summarizing social media and advertising performance for dissemination to the research team and broader research community
  • Maintains clear, timely, and transparent communication with the Access Core team regarding all deliverables, timelines, budget alignment, and required approvals, using preferred platforms (Teams, email, Zoom, SharePoint, Canva, etc.)
  • These duties may be modified from time to time by your manager based on study needs.
