Program Coordinator I (Temporary) (Haywood)
About The Position
This is a temporary position located in 8252 Lake Logan Road - Haywood County. This position is assigned to the NC Wildlife Resources Commission. The Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay is $16.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This posting is for two (2) separate positions. Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities listed within this vacancy announcement will be used only as management preferences and will be used to screen for the most qualified pool of applicants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Maintain all safety protocols as a Range Safety Officer (RSO).
- Monitor activity on the shooting lanes at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Call ranges hot and cold as needed.
- Assist patrons with appropriate range equipment instructions, etc.
