About The Position
The Program Coordinator I is responsible for providing administrative, operational and programmatic support services within the Environmental Health & Safety Department. The position will provide a specific service or carry out specific activities as a separate entity or as a component program within the department. The primary objective of this position is to manage the Health System’s compliance with the regulatory requirements relative to the use of respirators. The candidate will be responsible for the annual fit testing of all personnel at all Health System and offsite locations. The candidate will be responsible for managing all records related to the program and will be a resource on the specific requirements established by OSHA.
Requirements
- Administrative, operational, and programmatic support services experience.
- Experience managing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience with annual fit testing.
- Experience managing records related to a program.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
