The Program Coordinator, Engagement & Wellbeing supports the employee experience by developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that strengthen engagement, recognition, and well‑being across the organization. The incumbent supports both Working at UD–branded engagement initiatives and employee caucuses/affinity groups with program planning, coordination, communications, and event execution. The coordinator ensures engagement, recognition, and wellness programs are thoughtfully developed, executed, accessible, and aligned with organizational values and priorities. The role also supports program evaluation by tracking participation, gathering feedback, and helping translate insights into continuous improvement.
