Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. Coordinate and process travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related documentation for faculty and fellows. Monitor and manage faculty licensure and DEA registration renewals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Process faculty reimbursement requests in accordance with institutional and departmental policies. Order and maintain office supplies for administrative and educational personnel. Ensure departmental purchasing activities comply with university, state, and departmental procurement requirements. Review and track departmental credit card transactions, ensuring required documentation is submitted accurately and timely. Assist faculty with maintaining Faculty Success records, including activity reporting and curriculum vitae (CV) updates. Provide administrative support to assigned subspecialty divisions, serving as a resource for faculty and staff on departmental processes and procedures. Maintain accurate records, tracking systems, and documentation to support operational and financial activities. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and departmental leadership to ensure efficient departmental operations and outstanding customer service.
