About The Position

As a Program Controls Specialist III here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution and financial control of projects, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in program controls, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Ability to lead or support baseline development and change management.
• Proficiency in cost and schedule integration.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with Integrated Product Teams and customers.
• Experience in root cause and impact analysis, with the ability to recommend corrective actions.
• Skills in process improvement.
• Mentorship capabilities for other program team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead or Support the Development of Initial Program Baselines
• Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data
• EAC Management on Assigned Programs
• Lead or Support to Compliant Baseline Change Management
• Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration
• Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers
• Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions
• Improve processes
• Mentor Other Program Team Members
