About The Position

As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will manage scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You'll build a strong team, drive retention, and foster an inclusive culture. You’ll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Propulsion. You will be the technical leader and be a decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues. You will prioritize your work, design goals and objectives, and drive program performance. The role will support a fast-paced programs within Propulsion.

Requirements

Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to read, write and speak English
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field.
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix-work environment.
User experience of SAP system.
User experience of Microsoft Project
Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
Experience in usage of Earned Value metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity.
